Shipping policy

 

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTION FULFILLMENT HUB
All sample watch selections, structural prototypes, and associated manufacturing component kits are compiled, rigorously quality-checked, and dispatched directly from our primary industrial headquarters: RM 117, 1/F, FONDA INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 37-39 AU PUI WAN STREET, FO TAN, HONG KONG

SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIMES & ORDER EXECUTION
Because our sample timepieces are drawn from real industrial molding lots and undergo secondary mechanical performance testing before shipping, please allow two to four (2–4) business days for our technical logistics desk to process your order, verify your corporate credentials, and securely pack the hardware. Orders are not processed or dispatched on local Hong Kong public holidays or weekends.

SECTION 3 - ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES & CARRIER HANDLING
We utilize trackable international express air couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or SF Express) to ensure your samples arrive safely for your engineering reviews. 

Domestic Delivery (Hong Kong Corporate Offices): 1–3 business days following warehouse dispatch.
International Air Courier Delivery: 5–10 business days depending on the proximity of your country and localized customs clearance speeds.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND TARIFF LIABILITY
All samples are shipped under international commercial terms as Ex Works (EXW) or Delivered At Place (DAP) unless stated otherwise. The purchasing business entity is solely responsible for managing, filing, and paying any localized import tariffs, customs duties, clearing broker fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) levied by the destination country’s port authorities. Delayed deliveries resulting from customs audits or import holds are outside our operational control.
